Practical information.

Although young participants can request additional support from the organizers if needed when registering, we only reimburse speakers' fees by default.

The station offers full board accommodation (approximately €500 from Monday evening to Friday morning). To receive a quote, please contact huelvan@sb-roscoff.fr, specifying your arrival and departure dates and times.

Very important: to avoid multiple quotations, if several participants are funded by the same organization, please request a single quotation for the whole group.

Due to room limitation, we may not be able to accept all the registrations.

Financial support

We have some financial support available for young researchers (PhD students or postdocs). If you are interested, please send a request along with your CV to paul.laurain@univ-eiffel.fr by October 1st — the earlier, the better.

Acknowledgements
